This policy covers oscardog.co and any mailing lists you sign up for through it — for example, to be notified when one of our apps launches. Each of our apps has its own separate privacy policy covering what that app does.
What we collect
Your email address, if you give it to us to sign up for a launch notification or other list.
Anything you send us through the contact form — your name, email address, and the content of your message — so we can reply and handle whatever you wrote in about.
Basic technical information your browser sends automatically when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), used only to keep the site running and understand rough traffic patterns.
Cookies, only as needed for the site to function and, where you consent, for basic analytics.
How we use it
If you sign up for a launch notification, we'll email you once — when that app launches — and then remove you from the list. No marketing, no follow-ups, no other use.
If we later offer a separate list you can opt into (for example, occasional news about what we're building), we'll only email you about the thing you signed up for and you can unsubscribe at any time.
If you contact us through the site's contact form, we'll use your information only to reply to you and handle the business at hand. Contact form messages are never added to any mailing list.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it. Ever. To anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we use to run the site and send email (for example, our website host and email platform), under contracts that restrict them to providing those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your email only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us for. Once a one-time launch notification has been sent, we remove your address from that list.
Messages sent through the contact form, and any follow-up correspondence, are kept as long as we need them for the business at hand — including any ongoing relationship or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the EU's GDPR or California's CCPA to access, correct, delete, or export your information, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@oscardog.co and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
